Welcome to The Coastal Collection and our beachfront getaway, 'The Pad'! As a small family business, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional little getaways. Our pricing is based on total guests, and we welcome furry friends for an additional fee per dog per night.

'The Pad' is designed for those seeking an escape in an quiet location with sea view but just around the corner from the action in walking distance. Please note that because our property is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties/events and if you have mobility issues please be mindful it is an upside down house with lots of stairs :)
We are situated in the heart of Cleveleys, Lancashire, right on the promenade where Disney's Star Wars series, Andor, was filmed! Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find all the amenities (loads of bars, cafes, arcades, loads!) and transport links you need. Blackpool, Blackpool North Train Station, and Blackpool Victoria Hospital are only a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, the cocktail bars of Lytham St Annes and Poulton-Le Fylde are just a short drive away.
The tram stop is a 5-minute walk, allowing you to easily explore local attractions along the promenade. Inside, you'll find a 65-inch smart TV with a soundbar. Lots of guests bring E Bikes and cycle down the prom to Blackpool and back :)
Deatures of 'The Pad': - Each bedroom boasts painted starlight ceilings, creating restful atmosphere for a more relaxed sleep. These ceilings offer therapeutic benefits and are proven to aid mental health, reduce stress, and even help individuals with autism spectrum conditions, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms. They have also been found to lower blood pressure. - We provide essential items such as coffee, tea, sugar, and salt and pepper.
On the Ground Floor: - A double bedroom with an HD Smart TV, suitable for guests with mobility issues. - A fully equipped kitchen and a cosy booth seating area. - Nearby, you'll find supermarkets and fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs. Feel free to ask us for local recommendations or refer to our guidebook. - A ground floor toilet and washbasin.
On the First Floor: - A chilled entertaining space with stunning sea views. - A bar area with stools and a drinks fridge. - Floor-to-ceiling glass windows wirh sea views - A pool table. - A spacious sofa and a Chesterfield sofa.
On the Second Floor: - Two bedrooms and a bathroom suite with a bath and overhead shower. - The master bedroom has sea views and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower. It also includes an HD Smart TV and a King Size Bed. - The second bedroom offers a bespoke panelled bunk bed, perfect for 3 guests, along with an HD Smart TV.
In the Loft Room: - A cosy twin room with a Velux window.
Please note that due to council and license restrictions, we do not provide a hamper, alcohol, or music speakers to guests.
Check-in is from 4pm, and the latest check-in time is 8pm. Check-out is before 11am.

- Do you provide towels? Yes, we provide two towels per guest, including a hand towel and medium towel. Additionally, we offer hot tub towels, kitchen towels, and extra hand towels for the bathrooms.
- Is early check-in possible? Typically, early check-in is not available as our dedicated housekeeping team requires time to clean and prepare the property for your arrival. However, you are welcome to park early and explore the town, enjoy coffee shops, cafes, bars, or take a walk on the beach.
- Can we have a late check-out? Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs due to our housekeeping team's schedule and commitments. You are welcome to leave any vehicles at the property and enjoy breakfast or activities after check-out.
- *Can we have a one night stay? our policy is a 2 night minimum stay.
- Is an extra key provided? We do not provide additional keys as we have a secure lockbox on the outside of the property. This ensures that a key is always available in a safe location if you wish to leave the premises.
- How do we collect the keys? We will leave the keys in the lockbox so you can conveniently check in yourselves. We will provide you with the code on the morning of your arrival.
- Do you provide a travel cot or high chair etc.. ? For the safety and comfort of your baby, we recommend guests bring their own travel cots and high chairs etc.. Our insurance policies do not cover the provision of cots to guests.
- How many cars can we park, and are there additional parking spaces nearby? You can park up to three cars on the driveway in front of the property. Please ensure that the third car is parked across the other two to avoid blocking them. It is important not to park over lines or on neighbouring properties or driveways. Additional parking can be found just around the corner on Beach Road, which is a short walk away and has no parking restrictions.
- Is the hot tub covered? The hot tub is partially uncovered, which means your head may be exposed to rain. However, 80% of your body will remain in the water, so you can still enjoy the experience.
- Is the hot tub private? Yes, the hot tub is not a shared facility. It is exclusively for the use of guests who have booked the property. Please note that neighbouring properties may have partial visibility into the garden area while you are using the hot tub.
- Is the house shared with other guests? No, you will have the entire house to yourselves. There are no other guests or strangers sharing the property.
- Do you provide condiments such as salt, pepper, and oil? Yes, we provide all the basic essentials needed for cooking meals, including condiments, sauces, and spices.
- Do you have enough utensils, pots, and pans to prepare a meal? Absolutely! We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Just bring yourself and the ingredients.
- Can we have visitors who are not staying overnight? For safety, security, and insurance reasons, we can only allow registered guests on the booking to be present at the property. Visitors or additional guests must be included in the booking.
- Can we stay in the garden/hot tub after 10pm? It is not allowed to use the garden or hot tub after 10pm due to council regulations. This restriction ensures a peaceful environment for the neighbouring residential residents. It is crucial this is respected

- It's a special occasion, is there anything extra we can have at the home? Yes! We have made good contacts if you are looking to make your occasion that extra bit special! Whether it is a private chef, private yoga class, in-house spa day,massages and pamper parties, cocktail making, or even just baloons, they have you covered!
- Other things to note..
- Please ensure all guests, whether staying overnight or not, are included in the booking. We accommodate visitors upon request, and it is important to register the total number of guests. We price our house on a per person per night basis.
- Please be mindful that this is a terraced house, so we kindly request keeping music subtle in the evenings. The use of the hot tub and garden area is not permitted after 10pm, as enforced by the council to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
- Wi-Fi Notice
- We provide complimentary Wi-Fi for guest use.
- *We do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms due to economical reasons and guest preferences.
- *Please note that we constantly update, improve, and maintain our properties. Therefore, there may be occasional changes to furniture, decor, hot tubs, and facilities that may not be reflected in the current photos. We strive to update them professionally as soon as possible.
- *Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you on departure. Any items left behind will be kept for up to 30 days. We don’t routinely contact guests, but if you think you’ve left something, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help (postage and a small handling fee apply). After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of.
