We have the beautiful Gynn Gardens on your doorstep aswell as being a stones throw from the victorian promenade and the beautiful beach and sea! Nearby to all Blackpool nightlife, theatres and attractions!
*Families, couples, groups, special events, birthdays, laid back stag/hen groups, business workers, and well behaved dogs are all welcome at our home! (dogs permitted upon request)
* A short drive to Lytham St Annes and Poulton-Le-Fylde, both super classy with fantastic cocktail bars!
* A 2 minute walk to the tram stop to ride along the famous Promenade to all the local attractions!

Ground floor
*Upon entering you are greeted with our luxury victorian hallway that we renovated from scratch, this runs straight into our open plan kitchen/dining area
*The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay to cook meals
*Dining room table can seat 8 guests and our breakfast bar with stools seats an extra 2 guests.
*we are located near to supermarkets and restaurants so please check out our guidebook for our recommendations as we are always super happy to tell you our favourites.
*Ground floor toilet with washbasin and utility room.
*Dining room flows into the living room via the sliding barn doors so its a great sociable entertaining space.
*Living room has a large sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, blackout curtains and sliding doors for a great nights sleep and total privacy.
First Floor
*Large bespoke bathroom complete with roll top bath, large walk in shower, toiletries and towels provided
* Spacious Master bedroom with superking size bed sleeps up to 2 guests
*2nd Large Bedroom has 2 double beds and sleeps up to 4 guests
*3rd bedroom has a triple sleeper and sleeps up to 3 guests.

You can park for free anywhere down the street, there are no parking restrictions and it's super quiet.
Some of the bedside lamps you need to tap them to operate them on and off! They are dimmable ones with no switch.
Please ask if you need to access to the fuseboard or hoover.
Please be mindful to keep any music low in respect to our neigbours as it could lead to complaints.
We have to adhere to a no party/noise policy due to the home being a terraced house in a residential area.
Please note we do not allow unregistered/unauthorised guests or visitors into the property unless by prior arrangment.

The TV in the dining room does not have an aerial but you can go on Netflix/Youtube etc.. on it.
Check out is 10am. Please leave the house tidy, lock the door and leave the key back in the lockbox.
We are at hand if you need us and only a phone call or message away. We have neighbours to assist you also in emergencys! We live nearby but we also want to leave you to enjoy your stay in privacy

We are set in a more traditional residential/tourist area in Blackpool. Super close to the attractions but far enough away to relax in peace and quiet. The road is very quiet and does not have any passing traffic. We have super friendly neighbours and we think this is the best part of Blackpool by far! We have Beautiful gardens at the end of the road (Gynn Gardens) with a great park for the kids. The promenade is really traditional and Victorian with beautiful rock gardens and waterfalls. We are a 10 minutes beautiful stroll down the sea front to the Beautiful Victorian North Promenade! This is the most Historial part of Blackpool!
