The Cottage & Tiny House Annexe
This isn’t your average reaidential cottage. The Cottage is a centuries-old, Grade II listed stunner that’s been lovingly brought back to life by us — think beams, quirks, and a whole lot of character. We’ve kept the soul but ditched the damp. Tucked away in dreamy, Balinese-inspired gardens (yes, in Lancashire!), this is the kind of place where you can soak in the hot tub under palm trees and bamboo and pretend you're a million miles away. And if you need a little more space? The Tiny House Annexe is hidden away in the garden— a super cute spot for friends, extra guests, or anyone who snores. (Ladders and crawling spaces for the inmer child in you) Inside, you’ll find charm, comfort, and everything you actually need for a laid-back stay. No pretentious extras — just good vibes, peaceful surroundings, and enough room to fully switch off. Perfect for slow mornings, long chats, garden wanders, and starlit soaks. Just bring the people (and maybe a few bottles).

The Cottage & Tiny House Annexe – Thornton-Cleveleys
Tucked away in a busy residential spot just a couple of miles from the beach, this quirky little piece of history dates back to the 1600s and is said to be the oldest standing property in the area. Restored with a whole lot of love (and a few buckets of horsehair and lime), The Cottage keeps its traditional charm — think cobbled walls, beamed ceilings, and buckets of character — with just the right amount of modern comfort thrown in.
Inside The Cottage, you’ve got three bedrooms: a romantic four-poster with a roll-top bath en suite, a second room with a big sleigh bed and its own dinky courtyard, and a third with a cabin-style single best for kids (or nimble grown-ups). The huge farmhouse kitchen (with optional AGA use if you give us a heads-up in winter), booth-style dining area, and snuggly lounge with electric stove all add to the homely vibe. Step out into the tropical-style garden — complete with palms, hot tub and a waterfall — and you’ll find the
Tiny House Annexe!
Open-plan and self-contained, it’s got a comfy double sofa bed downstairs and a cosy mezzanine above with another small double and single futon. It’s worth noting the stairs are steep and the ceiling up top is low, so best suited to agile guests who like an adventure! There’s also a full kitchen and bathroom, making it perfect for a second family or couple who want their own space. Shops, pubs and takeaways are walkable, and you're only a short drive from the beach, Cleveleys promenade, and Blackpool’s big, bold lights. If you want to go exploring, the Forest of Bowland is just half an hour away, and the Lakes are about an hour’s drive.

Located in the Heart of Thornton-Cleveleys, a traditional residential coastal town, nestled in between Blackpool, Fleetwood and the Irish Sea. Our Neighbourhood is in a busy village and can be quite the hustle and bustle at times but super quiet and peaceful at nightime! We have a trading estate nearby, small village primary schools, a grade II listed church and a church hall with a soft play center next door so can get quite busy, although once inside the house and the garden area it is very peaceful and private. All our neighbours are super friendly and will always say hello as everyone loves this house in the area! Many amenities are nearby and in walking distance such as convenience stores, shops, pubs and restaurants. The Historic Marsh Mill Windmill is 10 minutes walk away which has cute boutique shops, a pub and a Michelin recommended restaurant (Twelve). There is a typical local wet pub at the end of the road that you can watch all the sports and have a few drinks! We always have a Hickory's around the corner and have a Thai takeaway nearby, fish and chip shops, a Chinese, Indian takeaway all within walking distance. We are also in easy reach in the car to Lytham St Annes, Poulton-Le-Fylde, Knott end and the UNESCO world heritage site of the Lake District. We are a great base for all the famous Blackpool attractions such as Blackpool Tower, The Sandcastle, Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Illuminations, Blackpool Zoo, the award winning Stanley Park and all other Blackpool shows, events and exhibitions, not to mention the Cleveleys Car Show, Blackpool Air Show and the Famous Fleetwood Tram Sunday. Please see my Guidebook! All this within a 30 minutes drive away!
